I introduce anyone who serves food (buyers and chefs) to premium brands that create dynamite plant-based options for menus. Some are vegan alternatives, such as vegan bacon, and some are vegan by nature, such as quinoa. I am a one-stop shop for anyone looking to “beef” up the plant-based options.
What are the top 3 characteristics you need to be good at your job:
- Knowledge of plant-based foods (I have a certificate in plant-based nutrition)
- Ability to get to decision makers
- Passion for healthy living.
Why did you decide to pursue a career in food?
I’m too passionate about fuelling our bodies properly to sit back and watch the standard western diet kill us off.
